3 things that made me happy today:
- Waking up and feeling 100% at work for the first time in ages. Perhaps the first time this year (no I'm not joking).
- A chatty lunch time with a work colleague who's an absolute sweetie. It's the little things!
- Fitting in a leg circuit workout and feeling strong after. 💪
Forgot to update on food/caffeine.
Caffeine - totally broken. Oops.
Days without junk food: 6!
